Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel and when you are entitled to a refund. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing products@datalabs.store. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the term you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate partial periods except as described below.

2. Money-back guarantee for new subscriptions

We want you to be confident trying DataLabs:

2.1. Monthly plans — full refund if you request it within 7 days of your initial purchase.

2.2. Annual plans — full refund if you request it within 30 days of your initial purchase.

To claim it, just email products@datalabs.store from your account email within the window.

3. After the guarantee window

Once the applicable window has passed, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for any unused part of a term after you cancel. Renewal charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable — to avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date. The money-back guarantee in Section 2 applies to your first purchase of a subscription, not to renewals.

4. Exceptions and your rights

We may grant refunds outside this policy at our discretion — for example, in the case of an extended service failure. If something has gone wrong, reach out and we will work with you in good faith. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Your data after cancellation

When your access ends, your Customer Data is handled as described on our Security page and in our Data Processing Agreement.
